That is the OV version which Sun's version is based on. It has some problems
that were fixed in the Sun's version. The paper talks about some of
them. Hopefully Sun will release source code as they do with ONC RPC. I'm
not sure on the status though. It would be nice to not end up with multiple
versions of course, that is why Sun put out the internet draft.

You can already return a structure from an RPC call, but I agree it
isn't the best way to do things :-)
