I only have one observation to add to Marcus's excellent dissertation:
Getting even the most trivial AFS program to compile is so difficult for
the novice or intermediate programmer that I think Transarc is trying to
sublimially suggest to everyone not to write AFS programs :-)
No, I'm not serious, but I still think it's completely insane that util.a
doesn't have a "lib" prefix.
