There is no DOS equivalent of "klog".  Instead, you telnet to the
AFS/NFS Translator host and issue a command similar to "klog" which
prompts for a password and builds an AFS token.  On the command line,
you include the hostname and, optionally, the user-id of the non-AFS
machine and user.  From that point on, the non-AFS machine has those
tokens when accessing AFS over NFS.
