Yes.  No.  After calling setpag() the current process and all its
children will be in a newly allocated PAG.

It doesn't change the KRBTKFILE environment variable (at least as of
AFS 3.1), so if you want to keep the process from stomping on its
parent's ticket file, you have to change that too.

There's a program "pagsh" which runs a sh command inside a new PAG.  I
don't know if this is in the binary distribution.
