We have a problem with the AFS-Version of the rsh-command. We are
running AFS 3.2 on AIX 3.2.1. The problem occurs after using
/usr/afsws/bin/rsh many times successfully, suddenly we get

rcmd: socket: Address already in use

and rsh didn't work. Further calls of /usr/afsws/bin/rsh results in the
same message and failure. But the normal Version of rsh will work.
Because the problem persist, we have to reboot the machine. Very unfriendly!

Is this a known problem?
