AFS "new user" documentation

I would appreciate it if someone could point me to some "new user"
documentation for AFS which I could edit and use freely.

I am especially interested in site-specific documentation developed by
various AFS sites.

Also, is Transarc's "AFS User's Guide" available in machine-readable form?
If so, am I allowed to print copies?
