 RISC System/6000 Models 220, 230 and 250 lose a day

The system date and time must be reset after applying the
corrective service for this defect. The initial reboot of
the system with this fix applied will have the wrong year.
After rebooting the system, you must set the current date
and time, then perform an orderly shutdown of the system.

In the event this corrective service fix is rejected, you
must reset the system clock by removing the battery from
the system and waiting 5 minutes. This will cause the
system clock to be reset to January 1, 1970.

Note that this memo only applies to the models listed
above. Other models are not affect are not affected by
 this change.
