Since this is the second response I have received along these lines, I
suppose I should clarify.

The user in question is the FTP daemon's "anonymous" user, which I have
lately authenticated as AFS user "anonftp".  He can't "unlog".

Whether he can "unlog" or not, unless my observations are incorrect,
either the ACL functionality or the documentation is wrong.
