There is a setting in WinCVS for checking out text files with UNIX line
feeds. It's in Admin|Preferences under the Globals tab. Checking that
checkbox might give you OK binaries. It worked for me.
It doesn't sound like the _correct_ way to do it, I admit. Let us know
if it worked.
