It works fine fo me.
Is the --allow-root=/home/dwandel/cvs parameter is set in the
inetd.conf cvs entry ?
Is cvsserver on the Linux Box is listening on the port 2401 ? (see cvs
entry in /etc/inetd.conf and /etc/services )
