I handle the documentation in our company, and am not a programmer. I
can function in a UNIX environment.
Last fall we started using CVS, and I have an elementary grasp. I
have been asked to develop a CM policy and feel inadequate --- a lot
like " who am I to be telling anyone else how to do this".
Would someone be willing to email me ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) their
policy, if it exists as a document? There really is nothing published
that I can find. I do have one book called something like The Late
Night Programmer's Guide to CM but haven't found much in it to
follow --- I'd really appreciate even an outline to give me some
guidance. And maybe someone does know of a book that would help.
Hope this isn't asking something unbelieveably out of order.
