Why are we having a button for launching an editor again? At present I
generally have an instance of TextPad, or Delphi open which I use as my
editor, before I commit I diff, copy the diff into Text Pad and write my
log message whilst deleting lines of the diff, its a handy way to catch
everything you're commiting :)

Anyway, I already have the text editor running, so there's nothing to
lauch as such. If we were running an editor and waiting for it to close
it would be another matter (to stuff back in the log window), but again,
if I "open" a new txt file it creates a new buffer in textpad, which I
edit and close, I don't actually close textpad, so our text wouldn't never
get put back in the log window.
