Hi! I would like to talk a little about a problem we're facing here. We are using CVS for document files. As we develop the booklets we start translating it. But since the booklet is not ready (as the author is writing the chapter 9 he figures that the text should be placed on chapter 2 and removed from chapter 3) the text in it has some changes that need to be done in the translated files. The problem is that these translators are not all technical people, they have lots of troubles with cvs interaction and it prevents me from using tags to mark the beginning of the translation (remember that I can't tag the whole project because (1) it's not fully done and (2) they translate one file at a time). I'd like to hear from you what other things can be done. I was thinking about inserting some text string in the document, but again, this would require human interaction and it is subject to failures. Does anybody have the same problems?
