Yes, at least when moving to a similar disk (ext2 to ext2 eg). I moved from an NT to a linux (NTFS to ext2) and noticed that changing the CVS-control-files got me a problem with binary files being of a slightly different size. Well, I just had to delete and re-checkout the binaries... Regards, EOF
