Integrated, how? We use CVS and bugzilla
(http://www.mozilla.org/bugs/ -- there's a dowload link near the
bottom of the page) but they are not really integrated other than that
I write a bug number down as a comment when I check in a bug.

Mozilla also has tree management software called Bonsai. I am not as
familiar with it as bugzilla because we don't use it here. I believe
that this is available as well but I don't have a link for a download
of that. If you want to see it in action, you can look at
http://bonsai.mozilla.org/toplevel.cgi.
