WinCVS: no "release" in the menu

Hi everyone,

A quick question about WinCVS:  Why is there not a menu item for the "cvs
release" command?  I understand that I can still run it from command line
within WinCVS, but for people who do not want to learn CVS commands, this is
not very desirable.
