Just add the file again. If you want the old content, you will probably
have to do a 'cvs co -p' to recover the revision you wish to resurrect.
Alternatively, an 'up -j -j' (see the manual on backing out changes)
might work, but I don't remember if you can specify a single file to
update when it's not present locally.
