This seems like a simple enough question, but I don't find and answer to
it in either Cederqvist or Fogel (and faq.cvshome.org doesn't seem happy
in general).
If I have a file in my repository with a sticky tag (NOT a branch), and
I add a tag, will that tag be associated with the sticky revision in my
working area, or with the Repository revision? I want to keep the
subsequent changes, but I want to tag this revision as being part of a
release that won't contain those changes.
