I am now working on a belated move from the ext access mode over
NFS to pserver. What I would like to do, if I could, is ban
ext access altogether, or at least find out if it is happening
so that I can stop it.

Is there any way I can turn off non-pserver access, or detect
it when it happens? (I can't remove accounts from the CVS
server at this time, meaning that it would take some time and
some good reasons and likely some money to do so.)

Is there anything else I should watch for during the conversion?
