For toplevel modules, use "cvs co -c", which will list all modules
that are in the CVSROOT/modules file. To see what directories/files
are below these, look for "cvsls" in the mailing list archives. It
makes creative use of the cvs rdiff command to get a complete listing
without actually doing a checkout.
