We've had the experience of cvs allowing files to be removed from a
non-branch tag! You can't modify files on a non-branch tag, but you can
remove! Has anyone else experienced this, or submitted a patch? IMHO it
doesn't seem to be logical to prevent modify, but not remove (after all it
is a special kind of file modification!).
