Derek,

I think that Anke Koelzer meant that it would be great to be able to
download all these HTML files created and placed on the cvshome.org. Why not
zip it and allow people to download in one package? It would reduce the
traffic to the site and help people a lot. HTML format can be handled much
better on certain platforms that texi. I for one would certainly want to
create a compreessed HTML for use on Windows.

Is that possible?

As a side note: I think it is good idea to have your patched texi2html in
the official distribution - people would be able to reproduce the exact same
files, maybe find and fix some more bugs, make some improvements... You
know, Open Source :)

Bets Regards,
Jerzy

Ps. Not that I didn't try:

C:\>makeinfo --html cvs.texinfo --force
'makeinfo' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

D:\cvsgui\_Cvs_Manual\cvs-1.11.1p1\doc>perl texi2html.pl
Can't locate object method "new" via package "Getopt::MySimple" (perhaps you
for
got to load "Getopt::MySimple"?) at texi2html.pl line 611.
