How about consulting the inetd doc?  You have a networking /
administrative question, search in the appropriate sources.
Raise inetd's trigger level or replace inetd with something more
capable.  Or switch to a communications tunnel not building on
inetd and friends.  Ask your local doc, your admin or somebody
familiar with UNIX administration.
