1) I understand that, but there are only a few countries where it's a native
language.
2) That's true, but that can be said for every single country on this
planet. There is always at least one person in a country who is bi-lingual.
I'm not sure why this matters though.
3) Of course, but his email was obviously a non-us domain, so I tried to
infer something about his fluency. Instead of raking him over the coals for
not having a good grasp of the English language, as I would a native English
speaker, I apologized in advance and told him that he used bad grammar and
that was a possible reason why no one responded.
I honestly did not mean anything offensive. Unless he is a native English
speaker. =)
