cvsweb installation

Hi,
    I am trying to configure Cvsweb on AIX4.3 server.I am having cvs-1.11,
perl5.005_03  and apache1.3.6(working fine) on the same box.
Is it compulsory that i should have rlog and rcsdiff to install before
configuring Cvsweb.If that is the case where can i get those utilities.
any other instructions or advices are welcome.
