Hmmm..... and how is this different from any other change control process? In non-parallel processes sometimes the conflicts are with locks and thus everyone but the lock holder must stop working. Even locking without lock contention won't solve all conflict scenarios. Commit wars are possible with any change control process. -- Greg A.
