Nope, unfortunately not. I think this might be one feature where CVS
could really make good use of the inherent extensibility of the RCS file
format though (for example with a newphrase in the admin section such as
"CVS-taglog" to store this information), and if implemented carefully it
should even be backwards compatible with older versions of CVS too.
