Subject: I need help Installing CVS on RedHat 7.1

Hello, I am new to this, and really stuck. I have been asked to set up a CVS
server on Linux Redhat 7.1 server. I have been following the instructions
form http://www.devguy.com/fp/cfgmgmt/cvs/cvs_admin_linux.htm which
basically instruct me to do the following.
1) Get CVS
2) Gunzip cvs*
3) Tar -xf cvs*
4) ./configure
5) make
6) make install
Then it is asking me to add this line in /etc/inetd.conf
Cvspserver strem tcp nowait root /usr/bin/cvs cvs -allow-root=/cvs pserver
But the problem is I DON'T have /etc/inetd.conf file
Can anyone please let me know where is this file on RH 7.1 system. OR can
anyone please point me into the right direction on how to finish the
installation. If you have any CVS installation docs inparticular for RH 7.1
system please send them to me.
Thanks allot in advance.
