By hand or using WYSIWYG editors? If the latter: do all use the same
editor or different ones?

Perhaps. If the site is created by hand, yes. If all use eg Dreamweaver,
yes. If one uses Netscape Editor and one uses Frontpage Express, no,
because you'd get too many conflicts.

But at least CVS won't do harm in the latter case.
