on NT first suggestion:
install cygwin and do unix method.
on NT second suggestion:*
reboot to unix & do unix method.
on NT third suggestion:
you might be able to use MS "find" instead of grep but good luck on redirecting
stderr and stdout.
*someone being less annoying than me MAY know of a way to do similar things with the NT and windows clients, or other unix toolkits for MS.
There are Win32 ports of almost all Unix tools, so you should be able to do the Unix method quite well on Windows too. Maybe without the special redirecting stuff.
