So, to go into more detail, the directory tree looks like:
(CVS will create the intermediate directories if necessary.)
Foo package1Dir foo1.java foo2.java package2Dir foo3.java foo4.java package3Dir ..and so on
This structure will be preserved when importing? (I was hoping, but hadn't really thought about it before)
