I am moving a directory over from one CVS location to another. The permissions on the new directory are a bit different since it is set to 770 where I am in the group. When I try to co a project it asks me to do a cvs login.
When I do cvs login <username> it gives me cvs login: authorization failed: server <servername> rejected access to <directory> for user <username> but I should have full permissions to this directory. I would like to know a bit more as to how cvs login works ... where does it store its information etc ...
