problem with login after updating to WinCvs 1.3

I tried to update my WinCvs 1.2 to 1.3 and all settings looks the same, 
but I get the message below.
Someone recognize it?

The errormessage:
Unable to initialize the CVS process: The system cannot find the path 
specified.
The CVS used is : C:\Program Files\GNU\WinCvs 1.3\cvsnt\cvs.exe
