I have CVS 1.12.9 client/server working, using GSSAPI with our existing Kerberos 5 KDC.
However, when I try to map remote users to local users in our $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/passwd file, the mapping never takes place. My Kerberos principal name is [EMAIL PROTECTED] I've tried both of the following in my CVS passwd file: foobar:*NP*:allen [EMAIL PROTECTED]:*NP*:allen Neither of these worked. Does GSSAPI authentication simply ignore the CVS passwd file? If so, is there some other method I can use to obtain the desired user mapping?
