Hey guys I've been trying to convert my team's pvcs archives into cvs 
archives using the pvcs2cvs.pl script.  For some reason, and this may be 
specific to something in our labeling scheme, this script always fails 
with the same error at different files during the process.

If anyone has run into this before or has some ideas I would really 
appreciate it.
