Does CVS support Microsoft's SCC Interface?

I have a couple of dev tools that work well with Visual SourceSafe and 
claim they will work with any tool that supports Microsoft's SCC 
interface.  I haven't found any mention of it in the CVS info I've 
reviewed, but thought I'd ask.
