Sounds like you need to file a but with eclipse folks to parse iso 8601
dates properly... it should not be that hard to fix.

A downgrade is still safe. You may need to adjust your commit scripts
and your CVSROOT/config file depending on if you have adopted any of the
newer features, but the reporitory RCS files are still the same and the
protocol is still the same.
