Hi,
I want to install a local repository.
I have the latest version of WinCVS.
Do I have to have a CVS server ? like CVSNT ?
Im asking that because I gottheis error when trying to add a file :

cvs add README.txt (in directory D:\Work\Dev\MOS\JMos\)
cvs add: connect to localhost(PA003884):2402 failed: No connection could be
made
because the target machine actively refused it.
cvs [add aborted]: Couldn't connect to lock server
