Help! We added a file in our CVS system by mistake with the wrong 'x' flag value. I tried checking in an update with the correct 'x' bit, but this does not work. I tried deleting and adding back in the file, but this does not work either. The Faq says it is preserved. Isn't there any way to change it then?
