I'm trying to make a directory watched by default, reading in Cederqvist
"Command: cvs watch on [-lR] [files]...
Is this a bug in cvs, the doc or in my head?
It's a bug in CVS. The workaround is to issue the command from within the directory, and do not specify anything for "[files]" when you issue the command:
cd wt cvs watch on
