Hi there, I have been encountering this error lately:
----------------------------------- U REP/sources/reports/includes/scrubber2/unit_test/tests-13/pr5699_src/a.h -> unlink_file_dir(CVS/,,b.h) -> checkout (/opt/cvs/REP/sources/reports/includes/scrubber2/unit_test/tests-13/pr5699_src/b.h,v, 1.2, , b.h) -> chmod(b.h,100660) -> Register(b.h, 1.2, Wed Apr 2 22:35:34 2003, , REP_6_1_0_30 ) U REP/sources/reports/includes/scrubber2/unit_test/tests-13/pr5699_src/b.h -> rename(CVS/Entries.Backup,CVS/Entries) -> unlink(CVS/Entries.Log) -> Create_Admin (pr5702_src, .... a bunch of modules seem to check out ok here .... .... and then .... cvs [checkout aborted]: error closing CVS/Entries.Log: Input/output error ------------------------------------ It happens at seemingly random times and (almost) never on the same file. Reproduceable on CVS versions 1.11 and 1.11.20. I have seen several threads on the CVS/Entries.Log: 'permission denied' or 'file not found' but can find nothing on this specific error. Anybody encounter this before? Is there a way to get more debug info to help in tracking down the cause?
