Hello, I am a developer and trying to set up a local access CVS on
a Redhat WS box. Since we only have 3 developers, so I wanted to set up something
simple. I have installed cvs-1.11.18-cvshome.org.9x.1, created a
cvsuser group, and Set up env for CVSROOT. I have a project that has been developed in my home
directory. Now I want to add the project into the repository and start importing files. When I tried to do "cvs add mydir -m "my
message", I got the following: usr: host unknown Trying krb4 rsh... usr: host unknown trying normal rsh (/usr/bin/rsh) usr: Unknown host cvs [add aborted]: end of file from server (consult above
messages if any) Could anyone give me a hand and tell me what is missing? Your help is greatly appreciated. Jiya |
