i usually do the following: */ First remove the file in question from your working copy with cvs rm -f file */ The repository will move the version file into a a subdirectory called Attic. */ You can now remove the Attic/file,v file, and the repository will not know that it ever existed.
I thought that removing a file,v before it has moved to the Attic was a bad idea... Wrong? _______________________________________________ Info-cvs mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs
