No this will NOT work because the two servers will share the same /etc/cvsnt/Pserver file (or the same registry if you are running on windows) and you will therefore be able to access the same repositories with both servers. Also installing 2.0.58 and 2.5.01 on one machine (using standard builds) wont work due to the locations of the protocol libraries. If the problem was that simple to solve it wouldn't be a "feature we are planning for a future release".
