I have a template specified in the `rcsinfo' file, I can see this template when i commit files from my linux box but if i try to commit from a windows machine using tortoisecvs or Wincvs i cant see the template
1.11.2 is the cvs version on a linux box, I am using pserver as the protocol
any idea why ?
