There is no such thing as CVS 1.3. I think you mean WinCVS 1.3. In
that case - please ask your question on the WinCVS /CVSGUI newsgroup.

I am facing an issue after installing CVS Version 1.3 on Windows
XP.
After installing CVS the CVS window is opened but it's getting
