Mark/Bruno, Wow that post is six months old!
If there are useful features in streambrowser then a concise description of them on the TortoiseCVS or CVSNT newsgroups so they can be incorporated into the next gen of an open source tool would always be appreciated. CVSNT/TortoiseCVS supports change sets like Mark describes so there is no reason that if you want to move a changeset from one branch to another that it couldn't be done graphically as described. One does have to be careful when trying to simply move processes from one SCM tool to another though - obviously Mark knows this other tool quite well, and I can guess from his comments that the process accurev enforces/encourages may be helpful to some organisations, but that many others would want to accomplish things a different way (I'm talking about underlying processes not GUI gadgets).
