I checked the following link on latest CVS for Linux and the version
listed is 1.11.18.
 
http://ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/cvs/binary/stable/x86-linux/RPMS/i386/
 
Where can I get the latest version is closer to Unix version like 1.12.23 ?
