If either of you are doing this, I would suggest to you to look at the
cvs_acls script source[1] and documentation[2], as I believe it does the same
thing in a very flexible manor and has had several eyes on it already.
BTW if you are on windows (as a server), I think CVSNT has some acls
capability built in.
