CVS Tag / Branch Freeze

[Rathi, Deepak (GE Indust, ConsInd)]

I would like to know how to freeze the CVS tag files so that no one else
can change that tag and admin should have privilege to freeze and
unfreeze the tag.

 

You could guide me any perl script which freezes tag / branch.
